Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges As a Building Automation Field Service Technician I here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and service to our customers in the business unit. You will be accountable for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting equipment installations and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your technical expertise and dedication to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our location on a work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customers * Conduct equipment installations, maintenance, and repairs * Provide technical support and training to customers * Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction * Maintain accurate records of service activities and documentation The annual base salary range for this position is $38,200 - $47,850. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
