Job Description Mission: NAS Recruitment Innovation, a M3 USA company, is looking for an experienced Account Director to join our growing team. If you believe that variety is an essential component of an exciting and satisfying career, NAS Recruitment Innovation has the ideal opportunity for you. Our Account management team handle a roster of clients in multiple industries and locations across the nation, addressing wide-ranging projects from hiring strategies and employment branding to social media planning and programmatic media management. This vital role requires a go-getter who can hit the ground running. Agency experience, particularly in the recruitment industry, is highly desirable. Duties and Responsibilities * Developing innovative recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns that involve research, media and planning * Partnering with clients to determine project strategy and objectives, including go-to-market strategies and campaign executions * Preparing and presenting media plans, analyses, and recommendations * Establishing, maintaining and managing client budgets * Managing all client communications and ensuring client satisfaction with overall project deliverables * Anticipating client needs and growing business by offering new products and services * Building strong relationships and providing unparalleled customer service * Plan and coordinate projects, brief creative teams, and manage budgets.
