Assistant Cultivation Manager

Role: Assistant Cultivation Manager Location: Exempt We are Growers, We are Wholesalers, We are Producers, We Are Budtenders, We are Retailers, We are Partners, and We are Hiring Your Impact: * Support cultivation management with daily cultivation operations * Lead cultivation tasks such as propagation, vegetation, flowering, and pre-harvest. * Train and assist cultivation team to meet production and development goals * Frequently monitor plant health, ensuring quality standards * Collaborate with leadership and other department managers on timelines, inventory quantity etc. Your Strengths: * Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams. * Demonstrated knowledge of plant science and cultivation techniques. * Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality. * Ability to adapt to changing conditions and solve problems. * Passionate about the cannabis industry, and the plant itself.
