Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Senior Java Developer to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. As a member of an agile squad, you will be responsible for implementing new features and enabling capabilities using modern software engineering tools and practices. You'll contribute to a culture of learning by documenting and sharing technical knowledge, participate in developer communities of practice, and coach/mentor/train junior and intermediate backend team members. Additionally, you'll be accountable for achieving results within the Bank's risk appetite and ensuring actions drive a positive customer experience.
