Roving Maintenance Technician

Seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician paying up to $35.00 an hour DOE in Austin/San Marcos area. Perform maintenance and project tasks as directed by Property Manager. Maintenance and project tasks include but not limited to: * Exterior Ground Cleaning * Pressure washing driveways and sidewalks * Interior and exterior painting * Sheet rock repair, texture, tape and float * Floor cleaning, including carpet shampoo and tile / grout cleaning. * Parking lot striping * Concrete / asphalt repairs * Fence building and maintenance * Landscaping - irrigation repairs, planting, mulch installation, and periodic mowing. Minimum Requirements: * Possess a driver's license issued by the State of Texas * High school diploma or GED * Ability to work independently as a productive member of a team * Ability to travel throughout Texas.
