Come join the growing field of cannabis! We are searching for a full time Inventory Specialist to join our team in Sedgwick Colorado. The Inventory Specialist is primarily responsible for counting and tracking inventory, and assisting the store front with help/knowledge on Inventory discrepancy issues, among other tasks. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience doing inventory for the cannabis industry in Colorado, and is familiar with METRC and the rules of the MED. This position requires the ability to often work on some holidays that fall on those days of the week. This person will be scheduled Monday - Friday, start time would be 5:00AM. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform regulated inventory controlReceive regulated and non-regulated deliveriesWork closely with Warehouse team to ensure quality goods are incomingParticipate in auditsWork closely with warehouse purchaser to track consumption/productionManage and reconcile Metrc/Flowhub inventory countsAll other tasks and job duties as assigned Qualifications & Education High School Diploma or GED requiredMust maintain current knowledge of and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED); Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and TGS Global Required Skills & Experience Quality, detail, and process oriented Able to identify root cause and solve problemsMust be team- and goal-orientedAble to maintain performance in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentAbility and commitment to completing tasks with minimal supervisionWillingness to learnBasic computer skillsWilling to work flexible hours including evenings and weekendsExcellent influential, collaborative, and relationship building skillsHigh-level attention to detail Preferred Skills & Experience Previous warehouse experienceIntermediate computer skillsPrevious inventory database managementAbility to prioritize tasks and meet inventory deadlines with a shifting workload in a fast-paced environmentCannabis industry experienceTechnical capacityPersonal effectiveness/credibilityThoroughnessCollaboration skillsCommunication proficiencyFlexibility We are an EOE Employer.
