We are seeking a strategic, results-driven CFO to join our innovative and fast-paced team. About Us We are revolutionizing real estate finance with a mission to bring lending back to the people. Our startup has experienced rapid growth, with 18 employees and plans to expand to 50 by the year's end. Why This Role Matters As CFO, you'll be at the forefront of our capital markets strategy, ensuring our financial infrastructure is optimized for rapid scaling. You'll lead initiatives in liquidity management, structured finance, and innovative capital raising while working closely with our executive team to drive long-term profitability and success. What You'll Do Capital Markets & Liquidity Management Structure and optimize warehouse lending facilities, securitization strategies (ABS/MBS), and other credit facilities. Lead capital raising efforts, including private credit, venture equity, and institutional investment. Build relationships with top-tier investment banks, institutional lenders, and private equity partners. Financial Strategy & Leadership Develop scalable financial frameworks to support rapid expansion. Oversee forecasting, capital allocation, and risk management strategies. Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, aligning financial strategies with company objectives. Growth & Innovation Drive M&A opportunities and post-merger integration to expand market presence. Implement fintech-driven solutions to streamline financial operations and reporting. What We're Looking For Deep expertise in structured finance, including ABS, MBS, and warehouse lending. Proven track record in capital raising and managing investor relations. Experience scaling high-growth, capital-intensive businesses (fintech, real estate finance, or structured lending preferred). M&A experience, including financial due diligence and deal structuring. Strong resilience, executive presence, and the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $200,000-$250,000, with total compensation up to $350k, including bonuses.
