About the Company:Our client, a premier leader in the gaming and hospitality industry, is seeking a Vice President of Development to spearhead real estate strategy, expansion, and project execution. This is a confidential search for a high-impact leadership role that will drive the company’s long-term growth and strategic vision. About the Position: The Vice President of Development will be responsible for master planning, asset development, and market expansion across multiple jurisdictions. This role oversees the full lifecycle of development projects, including site selection, feasibility analysis, design, permitting, acquisitions, and transaction management. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, this position requires a strategic, hands-on leader capable of identifying and executing high-value development opportunities. Responsibilities: · Develop and implement real estate asset strategies to maximize growth and profitability. · Identify, evaluate, and pursue new casino and hospitality development opportunities nationwide. · Lead financial modeling, asset valuation, and business planning for development projects. · Manage acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and master planning for existing and future properties. · Build and maintain key external partnerships with brokers, regulatory officials, and development firms. Requirements: · 7-10 years of experience in casino development, commercial real estate, or hospitality projects. · Strong knowledge of the Las Vegas market is preferred. · Proven expertise in site selection, market feasibility, and investment strategy. · Deep experience with financial modeling, asset valuation, and capital project execution. · Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MS in Real Estate/Finance preferred.
