DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESForklift Operator in the daily routine of unloading trucks neatly and to the customer's complete satisfaction.Assist the Cibolo Scheduler in meeting the customers' requirements for delivery.Handle all aspects of order receiving according to the customers' requirements.Keep upper management informed of problems or situations at customers' job site.Enforce corrective action procedures when applicable.Track & oversee inventory at customers' job site,Complete monthly inventory at job site.Communicate with necessary supervision to avoid issues or problems at customers' job site.Management may assign additional duties.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or GED.Two years' experience as a Forklift Operator and/or Truck Driver.Two years of shipping experience.Candidates are PREFERRED who offer the following:College and/or related technical experience.Two years' experience in the corrugated box industry.LANGUAGE SKILLSAble to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAble to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy. Able to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, measurement, volume, and rate. Able to apply concepts of high school math.REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and vibration.
