Nancy Silverton's (1 Michelin Star) Osteria Mozza  is now seeking a talented  Backwaiter to join our team! If you are a driven, polished restaurant professional, who is passionate about hospitality, send us your resume!  A Backwaiter at Osteria Mozza is a combination of Busser and food runner. Expeditor experience strongly preferred. Preferred Experience:  2+ years in the hospitality industry, preferably fine dining Hours:  Typical shifts are about 7 hours.    Requirements: Be able to interact with upscale clientele and provide above and beyond guest experience Work in a team environment with other top-level restaurant professionals Anticipate guests' needs and provide what is necessary before being asked Strong desire to grow and learn Estimated Tips: $500-900
