ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company Bilingual Team Lead Annapolis, Maryland Apply Now The Bilingual Team Lead acts as the first line supervisor for a fully remote team of Bilingual analysts supporting case analysis and reconciliation of data from the health insurance exchange. The Bilingual Team Lead position plays a significant role in supporting all aspects of people management as well as the design, development, and implementation of case analysis and reconciliation of data from the health insurance exchange. As a Bilingual Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to utilize your data analysis experience as well as your leadership abilities and skills. You will also be a contributor to project coordination, workflow investigations, business procedures, and process improvement. What will I get to do? Lead and develop team members to support the project's overall mission. Monitor and manage employee performance, boosting employee engagement and motivation. Handle interpersonal conflicts and manage attendance, time off requests, and timecard review and approval. Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities. Maintain transparent communication with your team, appropriately communicating organization information and performance metrics through team meetings, one-on-one meetings, and regular interpersonal communication. Perform duties in a dedicated secure area within your residence, selecting an eight-hour shift that falls between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, with the potential to work overtime. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. Fluent in English and Spanish language; both written and verbal. 2 additional years of relevant experience. 1 year experience with federal data or projects (including, but not limited to agencies such as CMS, IRS, DOD, VA, SSA or another federal agency). Must be a US Citizen or Authorized to work in the US (if not a citizen) and a resident of the US for at least 3 years within the last 5 years. Candidates that do not meet the required qualifications will not be considered. Preferred Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills.
