Base pay range $145,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect Department: Product & Data Analytics Summary Our client is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the transformation of their enterprise Salesforce platform. This role will drive the transition from a fragmented implementation to a streamlined, scalable platform. Working with Salesforce Developers, the Salesforce Product Owner, external consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders, this position will shape and execute the company's Salesforce roadmap. The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce expertise, a passion for AI-driven solutions, and strong leadership skills to foster best practices and innovation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for enterprise sales and service models. Define and enforce Salesforce architectural standards and best practices. Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to streamline processes. Implement AI-driven approaches to enhance platform capabilities. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators. Manage Salesforce Developers, driving accountability and technical excellence. Partner with the Salesforce Product Owner to prioritize initiatives and align with business goals. Implement DevOps processes, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, system architecture documentation, and integration plans. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong leadership and collaboration skills across technical and business teams. Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, data modeling, integration, and DevOps practices. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on scalability and performance optimization. Self-motivated and committed to continuous learning in Salesforce and AI advancements. Experience managing technical teams and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Education and Experience Must Have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and leadership roles. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica). Nice to Have: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Lightning Experience. Financial Services/Wealth Management industry experience. Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect). Additional Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I).
