Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialist Job Title: Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM SpecialistLocation: Princeton, NJJob Type: Full-timeExperience Required: 10+ yearsCertifications Required: Microsoft Certified (Dynamics CRM) We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialist with 10+ years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, along with strong experience in integrating the system with other business applications. As a senior-level professional, you will be expected to provide leadership and mentorship while driving continuous improvements to enhance CRM functionalities. Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for enterprise-level clients. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions. Customize Dynamics CRM modules, entities, and forms to meet client needs. Integrate Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems (ERP, third-party applications, etc.). Perform data migration and ensure the integrity and security of CRM data. Optimize CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support and training to end users. Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership to junior team members. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to deliver solutions on time and within scope. Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics CRM features and best practices. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Strong experience with Dynamics 365 and previous versions (CRM Online, On-Premise). Proficient in CRM customization tools, workflows, and business rules. Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM integrations and data migration. Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) is a plus. Microsoft certifications in Dynamics CRM (e.g., Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration) are required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
