The Global Diagnostics Head of Marketing leads the operational commercialization and market development of the Zoetis diagnostic portfolio across US and major international markets. They define and drive the strategic vision and direction for the diagnostics business globally, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and long-term growth plans. As a key member of the leadership team, they influence and shape the future of the business, driving innovation, customer excellence, and market leadership. They drive financial discipline, execution rigor, and create a culture of operational excellence. They lead in-market marketing resources in the US, which includes both point of care and reference lab marketing and market development. In addition, they manage above-market international Dx resources and partner with the international leadership team to achieve DX revenue, profit and market share growth targets. They also manage distribution partners in several regions across the world to drive performance and execution. The Head of Marketing is responsible for managing the P&Ls for each product platform. They will support routine business reviews of each platform and evaluate gross-to-net, COGS, and overall financial performance and health. They will coordinate with sales leadership and lab operations / manufacturing operations on Supply and Operations Planning (S&OP) to ensure that we are allocating our capital in a disciplined way. The Head of Marketing is an integral member of the Global Diagnostics Leadership Team. They nurture crucial relationships within the global business and with customers, key partners, internal and external stakeholders. They are a leader of leaders, a role model of outstanding leadership behaviors and the Zoetis Core Beliefs. Core Responsibilities Financial Management Deliver agreed operating plan and budget. Ensure sales revenue, margin, operating expenses, and profit exceed targets. Strategy and Vision Architect and champion a unified global strategy that positions the diagnostics business as an industry leader, balancing customer needs, investor expectations, and market dynamics to achieve transformative growth. Operations Work with Global Commercial Operations to achieve new product introductions and affect product allocation through Market Addition Requests (MAR). Leadership and Development Inspire and lead a high-performing, global leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration. Ensure robust succession planning and talent development to sustain organizational excellence. Key Skills and Qualifications Minimum of a bachelor's degree required; MBA or master's degree preferred. Degree(s) in business, strategic planning, marketing, or a related discipline is also preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience (including at least 5 years of direct people management) and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in Animal Health/Life Sciences industry or a related industry is required. Experience in Human/Animal Health is required. Visionary leadership with a proven ability to drive large-scale organizational change, inspire high-performing teams, and influence at the highest levels of the organization. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Strong financial analysis skills and proven ability to create accurate forecasts. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to oversee complex, cross-regional projects that require input from internal and external stakeholders. Strong knowledge and expertise in marketing disciplines; brand management; market research; communications strategy; customer insight. Ability to interact with and influence senior business leaders with confidence and conviction. Customer centricity with a strong service orientation, champions a customer focused environment.
