About the Role The Lyra Finance team is looking for an experienced Sr. Analyst, FP&A to join our growing team, reporting to the Director of Finance. The role will be responsible for assisting in finance teams' day-to-day operations, supporting budgeting and planning processes, and improving existing processes to accommodate our fast-growing business. Responsibilities Support the company's annual budgeting process and lead financial reviews with cost center owners to develop annual plans and subsequent forecast updates. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across functions within the organization. Serve as a key point of contact for finance guidance to support budget management and decision-making processes. Manage preparation of quarter-end close package and variance analysis, identifying key focus areas for management. Assist with scenario planning and data reporting. Responsible for budgeted spend tracking, monthly close activities, and headcount management. Design and implement control processes to manage spending and headcount within plan. Liaise with the Accounting team and cross-functional business partners to ensure correct accounting treatment of transactional activities. Provide analytical support and recommendations regarding the development and improvement of planning systems. Manage day-to-day system support to FP&A team as an Adaptive administrator. Identify and lead initiatives to improve, standardize, and automate forecasting and reporting tools and processes. Assist in preparing the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and management financial presentations to "tell the story" behind the numbers. Review systems and workstreams to recommend opportunities to improve the team's ability to review various financial metrics including revenue, COR, margins and operating expenses. Manage and track business deliverables for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Lyra's international subsidiaries/entities. Challenge the status quo to help build a scalable FP&A function. Qualifications BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments Advanced level of proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides; SQL experience a plus Experience with enterprise software tools such as Adaptive Planning, Netsuite, Salesforce, etc. Prior experience working in healthcare or technology industry highly desirable Strong analytical background with the ability to creatively solve problems with a data-driven approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build effective relationships and communicate effectively cross-functionally and with all levels of the organization Pay and Benefits As a full-time Senior Analyst, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000-130,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. Annual salary is only one part of an employee's total compensation package at Lyra.
