Join a premier single-family office as Tax Manager. We are seeking a bright, articulate, and motivated finance professional to join our team. S/he will report directly to the Finance Manager and Chief Financial Officer. The candidate will work cross-functionally with exposure to a variety of disciplines and will leverage technology across multiple systems and business processes. Responsibilities: Assist the Finance team with substantively the financial reporting and accounting workstreams. Monthly GL entries, reconciliations, investment reporting and analysis for partnerships, trusts, individuals, and a private foundation. Oversight and coordination of cash flows for family office expenditures, investment fund capital calls and distributions. Communicate with commercial banks, vendors and external funds. Working with legal counsel and tax advisors on planning and structuring matters. Preparing materials for tax compliance and reviewing tax returns prepared externally. Preparing quarterly investment materials for board meetings and performance reporting. Preparing disclosures for various regulatory agencies.
