and use your creativity in problem solving and improving the process We value safety customer service integrity sustainability and fun If youre chosen youll enjoy excellent pay and benefits work in our state of the art facility and join a team of people committed to quality service and continuous improvement At Elliott youll get a chance to build your career build our infrastructure and build some pretty cool machines 3rd Shift Production Supervisor 3rd Shift Schedule Monday Thursday 800pm to 600am OT scheduled as needed Will require time training on regular day shift to get acquainted with work centers and processes Exempt Salary based on experince and skill set OVERALL SUMMARY This supervisor is responsible for all production operations of the 3rd Shift The 3rd Shift departments include Machine Shop multiple Weld departments Paint Boom Assembly Sub Assembly the Final Assembly Lines the Wire HarnessEL Bench Work Center and Material Handlers The supervisor makes sure that unit and part production is fulfilled on a timely basis according to terms of production orders Monitors the plant to make sure that equipment is operating properly and corrects any issues as well as ensures all work is performed in a safe and productive manner Also performs various Human Relations tasks as needed ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Oversees the performance of assigned tasks develops production standards maintains constant checks on production to ensure quality and quantity control of finished products and maintains surveillance over equipment and machinery maintenance Ensures on the job training is conducted for workers in methods and equipment used in production;
