What You'll Do: Lead strategic customer conversations and discovery sessions with senior stakeholders across Fortune 500 manufacturers. Own the technical sales cycle from qualification through solution design, working closely with sales to drive $1M+ enterprise deals. Develop compelling business cases and ROI models that demonstrate measurable value to prospective customers. Guide customers through their AI transformation journey while building lasting relationships. Provide mentorship and direction to growing pre-sales team members. Required Background: 5-7 years of experience in enterprise software/SaaS pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles. Track record of closing complex enterprise deals ($200K+ ARR). Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences. Experience building financial models and business cases. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. 3+ years of people management experience. Outstanding communication and executive presence. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in manufacturing, quality systems, or industrial software. Background in data analytics, artificial intelligence, or related technical fields. MBA or advanced technical degree. Enterprise SaaS implementation experience. What We Offer: Competitive base salary between $190,000 - $225,000 USD (London compensation adjusted to market).
