Area of interest: Corporate & Commercial Banking As a Director in the FIG DCM Americas business, you will support the deepening of Capital Markets coverage of U.S. Non-Bank FIG clients, with particular focus on Financial Sponsors / Private Credit clients. Capture the growing wallet within the Private Credit space, including at Group level, BDCs and other specialist financing vehicles and affiliates, via public bond issuance, bespoke private funding and ratings-driven hybrid capital solutions. Work as part of Global Banking to actively grow the Bank's profile, business and relationship with Sponsor clients and other key Non-Bank FIG relationships. Produce and deliver the highest standards of analysis, ideas and recommendations to clients. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the coverage of FIG DCM Americas clients in the following sectors: Financial Sponsors, BDCs, Insurance and other Non-bank Financials. In charge of origination and execution of fixed income issuance into the global capital markets and any associated risk management. Develop the FIG DCM Americas business in conjunction with Global Banking, Financial Markets and Corporate Finance and other product partners globally. Manage and grow the origination of the Capital Markets product suite with existing and new clients. Increase revenues and market awareness of SCB's global capabilities. Maintain proper cost, compliance and risk controls. Provide clients with information pertaining to market updates, pricing, issuance strategy and regulatory changes. Maintain and continuously elevate FIG DCM's profile through internal and external marketing. Coordinate with groups across the Bank in order to maximize client revenue. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Joint responsibility for execution of all transactions with DCM Legal and Bond Syndicate. Provide clients with pitches, proposals, presentations and analyses related to potential bond issuance and liability management. With Bond Syndicate, jointly responsible for pricing updates and new issue executions. Coordinate interest rate and derivative sales / risk management with FM sales. Recruitment Assessments Expected annual base pay range for the role is 200,000 USD to 250,000 USD. The final offer will be determined on an individualised basis using a number of variables, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience and education, internal relativity, and specific work location.
