The Sales Account Executive is a key contributor to station revenue, responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. This role focuses on cold-calling, building client relationships, and showcasing the value of television and digital advertising. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling and outreach efforts. * Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to consistently grow revenue and exceed sales goals on both television and digital channels. * Client Relationships: Build strong and credible relationships within the local business community. * Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling, customized sales presentations to prospective clients. * Advertising Strategy: Educate clients on the benefits of television and digital advertising, crafting tailored solutions to meet their business goals. * Scheduling & Placement: Collaborate with clients and station teams to ensure advertising schedules are seamlessly executed. * Creative Collaboration: Partner with clients and internal teams to create impactful advertisements that deliver measurable results. * Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the success of the sales team. Requirements & Skills * Proven track record of achieving goals in a commission-driven role. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Physical Demands & Work Environment As a Sales Account Executive, you will: * Conduct client meetings via phone, email, and in-person interactions. * Write engaging communications and deliver impactful presentations. * Navigate various work environments, including indoor office settings and outdoor conditions. Compensation: Guaranteed base pay (not a draw) paid in addition to earned commissions, with unlimited earning potential based on performance.
