The Crew Chief will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of All Access Staging & Productions, ensuring our Versa gear consistently represents the company with excellence on the global stage. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Operate in accordance with standard operating procedures and strict safety guidelines. Effectively communicate with various departments to ensure timely and high-quality project completion. Contribute to the creation of top-tier Versa gear that upholds the company's reputation in the global staging market. Utilize Technical Design documents in the construction and assembly of staging and equipment. Complete all assigned crew training modules. Safely lift and transport heavy equipment; obtain certification in machine operation (including forklifts), as well as truck loading and unloading. Participate in training on the Versa Stage product line to identify equipment, create pull sheets, and operate equipment efficiently at assigned locations. Load-in and load-out stage equipment onsite Lead and supervise both small and large groups Interface with clients with professionalism, patience, and a solution-oriented attitude. Adhere to safety standards on the job site, including fall protection, required PPE, and the safe operation of heavy equipment. Complete and submit all required safety paperwork promptly. Adhere to All Access Staging & Productions Safety Practices. Report any accidents, injuries, maintenance issues, and/or broken or unsafe equipment immediately to the appropriate party. Qualification Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid and current Driver's License. Reliable transportation. Maintain a clean and professional appearance. Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed. Experience with scaffolding is a plus. Construction experience is a plus. Familiarity with staging equipment and terminology preferred. English fluency preferred Capability to lift and transport staging decks, crowd control barricades, trussing, and related equipment. Experience in similar roles is advantageous.
