Your Mission UiPath is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer - Test Automation who will play a critical role in demonstrating and architecting solutions which ensure our customers succeed in using the Test Automation products within our UiPath business automation platform. As a key member of our UiPath Test Suite sales engineering team in the Americas, you will be responsible for enabling, mentoring, and scaling our field Sales Engineers, Account Executives, Technical Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Technical Partner Managers, UiPath customers and prospects, and strategic partners. You will also be responsible for creating and delivering custom and deep-dive demos, proofs-of-concept, and technical sales collateral to help scale our Test Automation business. In addition, you will work with our industry vertical teams to incorporate Test Automation into their sales motions. What you'll do at UiPath Getting involved with the most strategic deals which focus heavily on our Test Automation products. Enabling & mentoring our field Sales Engineers, Account Executives, Technical Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Technical Partner Managers, UiPath customers and prospects, and strategic partners. Tracking technical and business sales opportunity details and helping the field teams develop customer success and close plans. Pairing up and partnering closely with your Test Suite Sales Specialist in the industry/vertical(s) of interest, knowledge and need. Leading workshops and executive meetings with the field account teams for customers and prospects with and without partners. Presenting at key Test Automation virtual webinars, summits, lunch and learns and physical events, conferences, symposiums, etc. Creating and delivering standardized & custom demos, deep dives, and building collateral based on field observations which help scale our Test Automation business. Assisting occasionally with review and responses to Requests for Information, Proposals, or Quotes (RFI, RFP, or RFQ). Providing active feedback, guidance, and delivery of Test Automation training and enablement. Working with our industry vertical teams to incorporate Test Automation in the sales plays they develop. Collaborating with the UiPath Test Suite product and marketing teams to influence the product roadmap and messaging based on lessons from the field, customer, and partners. What you'll bring to the team 5+ years' experience in enterprise software sales, pre-sales, consulting and/or business development preferably with a background in software testing and automation. Relevant work experience with one or more of the leading automated testing solutions. Experience with enterprise software products and solutions (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft, or similar). Knowledge of waterfall, agile, scrum, etc. software development methodologies and continuous testing, including CI/CD pipelines and DevOps/DevSecOps. Genuine empathy for your audiences and focus on their agenda, not yours. Naturally curious and not afraid to take the initiative to explore that curiosity and then share the learning. A connector - you love talking and connecting with others outside your immediate team simply to gain additional perspectives. Deep understanding of enterprise testing strategies, methodologies and value drivers. You are humble and are not afraid to say, "I don't know." You create collateral that helps domain knowledge become common knowledge in the field. You always customize presentations and talk tracks based on the individual meeting requirements. Exemplary communication skills. You love to educate and have a history of success in doing so.
