Position Summary... What you'll do... Partner with business, analytics and research teams to gain a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and pain points of members. Define our new member onboarding strategy & roadmap to drive meaningful movement on KPIs such as benefit utilization & trial-to-paid conversion, maintaining a test and learn mindset. Own location-based push notifications to drive benefits utilization in a timely, relevant manner. Support new benefit launches, member-exclusive events, and product enhancements with curated marketing strategies. Partner with our business, product partners, and the site ops team to evolve our marketing & personalization strategy across the site. Launch new & optimize existing triggered CRM programs based on member behavior & benefit usage. Stay close to industry/competitive trends & program learnings to continuously propose new channels, programs, segmentation, offers, etc. - ruthlessly prioritizing highest impact opportunities. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to gain the support, data, and capabilities needed to execute against roadmap. Oversee the creative & communications planning process, using a data & consumer insight-driven approach to develop, optimize, & scale hard-working creative. Clearly communicate performance narrative to leadership including what's working, not working, & future areas for growth. What you'll bring: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. OR 6 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years performance marketing experience, with a retention/CRM focus. Prior experience managing & optimizing direct response marketing through owned channels (email, push notifications, site marketing, direct mail). Highly analytical, with ability to translate data & insights into action. Strong passion for the customer. Highly collaborative with ability to build relationships & influence cross-functionally. Ability to remain agile, move quickly, and pivot as business priorities shift. Preference for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Prior experience partnering with creative, operations, product & analytics teams. Ability to think strategically, while staying on top of day-to-day tactical execution with attention to detail. Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively with peers & leadership. Minimum Qualifications...
