Kestra is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead and support the technical transformation of our enterprise Salesforce platform. This role will guide our transition from a heavily customized, fragmented implementation to a streamlined, strategically aligned, and scalable Holdings-level platform. Working closely with Salesforce Developers, the Salesforce Product Owner, external consulting partners, and a cross-functional stakeholder group, this position will play a critical role in defining and executing Kestra's Salesforce roadmap. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Salesforce architecture, a passion for leveraging AI-driven solutions, and the leadership skills to foster best practices and drive innovation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily: Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to enterprise and channel sales and service models. Define and enforce Salesforce architectural standards and best practices, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and optimal performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to streamline end-to-end processes. Implement AI-forward approaches to maximize the platform's value in a modern enterprise environment. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators on best practices related to partner sales architecture. Manage Salesforce Developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and technical excellence. Partner with the Salesforce Product Owner to prioritize initiatives and align deliverables with business goals. Implement robust DevOps processes, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. Develop technical roadmaps, including Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and upgrades. Design API-based solutions for data exchange and automate business processes across applications. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, processes, and user guides. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES: To perform this job successfully, individual should have the following skills and abilities: Proven team player with exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, fostering alignment between technical and business stakeholders. Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts, architecture, and solutions to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex technical environments and devise innovative, scalable solutions. Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, data modeling, integration patterns, and DevOps practices. Highly self-motivated, naturally curious, and committed to continuous learning and staying updated on Salesforce innovations and AI advancements. Ability to manage and mentor technical teams, inspiring excellence and accountability. Effective collaboration with vendors and external partners as a technology leader. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Yes; Salesforce Engineers EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field Extensive experience with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Lightning Experience Experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and leadership roles. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred Financial Services/Wealth Management industry experience a plus CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Salesforce Architect certifications such as Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect preferred Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I preferred PHYSICAL DEMAND: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
