This includes overseeing the activities of key guest contact departments including front office, housekeeping, engineering, security, and hotel operations. The Hotel Manager implements and oversees the daily quality process at the hotel, maximizes profitability, and ensures guest and team member satisfaction. This role serves as the top operator in the GM's absence and consults with owners and corporate offices as required.
