Responsibilities Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events. Collaborate with hiring managers on their recruitment needs and develop strategies; from sourcing and screening candidates. Strong record of accomplishment of successfully meeting talent goals for the business. History of innovative talent acquisition solutions. Delivers world-class client service to internal & external stakeholders. Maintains accurate and current records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal reports. Coordinate and attend career events to fill high turnover positions in different markets. Continuously searches for innovative sourcing techniques for hard-to-fill roles. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. Must be able to work in a dynamic environment & comfortable with ambiguity. Assist in the execution of recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance Ezee Fiber's brand and attract passive candidates. Completes additional projects, assignments, and duties as assigned and deemed necessary. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in talent acquisition in human resources. 4+ years of filling and sourcing high-volume turnover positions. Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or in a similar role. Prior experience with recruiting/talent acquisition for a fiber internet or telecommunications company is highly preferred. Experience recruiting in a start-up company is highly preferred. Knowledge & Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work under high-pressure situations and meet firm deadlines. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Expertise with LinkedIn and other talent acquisition tools.
