Coding Supervisor

Pay: $30.45 per hour Shift: 1st shift Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the coding team, ensuring accurate and timely coding of medical records Review and verify the coding of medical records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards Provide guidance and training to staff on coding procedures, standards, and best practices Ensure adherence to ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines Perform audits of coding accuracy and resolve discrepancies Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and other departments to ensure proper documentation and coding Stay up-to-date with coding changes, regulations, and best practices Requirements: (Must have one of the following credentials.)
