Job Description * Provide hands-on leadership for a team of contract specialists, ensuring the delivery of strategic contract solutions that align with company goals. * Lead the evaluation of business opportunities, proposal development, contract negotiation, and management, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal standards, and customer requirements. * Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, guiding program performance, mitigating risks, and influencing successful outcomes. * Partner with cross-functional teams, including Program Management, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain, to drive results aligned with organizational goals. * Develop and implement negotiation strategies to secure defense contracts, emphasizing innovative approaches that improve acquisition timelines and strengthen customer relationships. * Lead program reviews, business strategy sessions, risk assessments, and contract-related activities to ensure successful program execution.
