Trillium has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Supervisor with extensive experience in Electrical Systems! Great opportunity with a global leader in the manufacturing and service of industrial cranes and lifting equipment! The Manufacturing Electrical Supervisor will oversee the team in all stages of equipment manufacturing and testing. This position involves managing both in-house and subcontracted teams during the production process. You will work closely with various departments including project management, purchasing, quality assurance, engineering, and production analysis to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities: - Lead a team of assemblers and subcontractors to build machinery and electrical components. - Perform various assembly tasks including layout, alignment, fit-up, conduit installation, and electrical wiring. - Collaborate with engineering to review assembly prints and provide feedback for continuous improvement. - Help develop manufacturing timelines and activity lists for each project. - Work with production teams to ensure timely deliveries of equipment to the assembly locations. This is a 1st shift position working 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday, with occasional need for extended hours for overtime and supervisory responsibilities. Salary range is $33-44/hr depending on experience.
