Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and hiring processes for Schulson Collective. This position ensures that the company attracts and retains top-tier talent across all restaurants and corporate roles. Working closely with the Director of HR, the Coordinator will handle administrative tasks, candidate communication, scheduling, open-calls, and recruitment reporting. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Management: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep candidate data up to date. Recruitment Support: Post job openings on company career pages and external job boards. Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews when necessary. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements. Onboarding Coordination: Communicate start dates and provide contact between HR Generalist and candidate for pre-employment materials. Administrative Tasks: Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and metrics. Organize and manage recruitment files and records. Handle correspondence and inquiries related to open positions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or administrative support. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS platforms. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
