Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and polished hostess' to join our hospitality team. The hostess is responsible for overseeing the front-of-house operations, orchestrating guest services, and upholding the highest standards of excellence in hospitality. This role requires impeccable poise, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for creating memorable moments for our esteemed clientele. Responsibilities: Provide a warm and genuine welcome to guests upon arrival, setting the tone for their dining experience. Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries with precision and professionalism. Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and service staff to ensure seamless service flow and exceptional guest experiences. Anticipate guest needs and preferences, proactively addressing any requests or concerns to enhance their dining experience. Maintain a polished appearance and demeanor at all times, leading by example for the front-of-house team. Cultivate relationships with regular patrons and members, recognizing and acknowledging their loyalty and preferences. Uphold restaurant policies and procedures regarding membership access, guest privileges, and etiquette standards. Handle guest feedback and complaints with diplomacy and professionalism, seeking resolution to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with management to develop and implement initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience and elevate the reputation of the establishment. Requirements : Experience with RESY reservations platform preferred or similar such as opentable and yelp Previous experience as hostess or in a similar role in a high-end restaurants etting. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for hospitality. Impeccable attention to detail and organizational abilities, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in reservation management systems and basic computer skills. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and a genuine interest in food and beverage culture. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus but not required.
