This is a full-time position and an exciting opportunity for someone interested in having a direct impact on providing a safe and clean environment for Town employees. The Town offers a competitive benefits package: Expected Hiring Range: $19.12/hour - $20.50/hour Salary Range: $19.12/hour - $27.73/hour * placement within the expected hiring range is dependent on direct experience, internal equity and/or budget Work Location: Ed Honea Marana Municipal Complex 11555 W. Civic Center Drive Marana, AZ 85653 On-call rotation required/occasional weekend/after hours * Manages daily work orders, completes work requests, receives requests, evaluates problems; obtains supplies, and schedules repairs/requests. * Performs preventative maintenance by inspecting equipment and buildings, follows facilities calendar, and performs repairs as needed; operates various shop equipment. Duties include minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and relocation of office furniture and equipment. * This position will serve an on-call rotation. * Drywall/texture repair * High School Diploma or GED equivalent plus six months of training. Education passed the high school equivalency. * Over three years of experience in facility maintenance or construction. * Valid Driver's License An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience that provides the desired knowledge, skills & abilities to successfully perform essential functions may be considered.
