Salesforce Developer

Location: Newark, NJ (On-site 2 days a week) Experience: 5-7+ years Note: US citizens and Green Card Holders and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply. About the Role We are seeking a creative problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills to establish a dynamic engineering team. This team will function between a broader Agile-focused Systems team and Quants. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Salesforce development, Lightning conversions, and cloud integrations , playing a key role in the company's global technical transformation. Responsibilities Identify areas for improvement and introduce innovative solutions, considering industry best practices and business needs. Collaborate with business analysts, internal systems teams, and external vendors to develop solutions. Design, develop, test, and document complex projects leveraging the Salesforce platform. Maintain technical documentation and stay updated on Salesforce technology trends. Provide end-user support, manage issue resolution, and perform root cause analysis. Facilitate system testing, develop test scripts, and execute test cases. Act as a Salesforce and Marketing Cloud subject matter expert . Assist in coordinating production releases, supporting Agile delivery methodologies. Required Qualifications 5-7+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, Batch Apex, Lightning Component Framework, Salesforce API) . Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms and best practices. Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS and other external apps using REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON . Hands-on experience with ETL tools like Informatica or Pentaho. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills. Preferred Qualifications User Experience (UX)/Design knowledge . Salesforce Platform Developer II certification . Experience with Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or AWS (Azure experience is a huge plus). Salary Range: A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum annual salary for this position is $120,000 to $130,000 with full benefits and bonus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
