Location: Duties: Handle a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, with a focus on real estate and zoning disputes. Represent clients in court, including federal court, and manage complex litigation cases. Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Manage case files and maintain organized records of legal proceedings. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop and implement litigation strategies. Participate in settlement negotiations and other alternative dispute resolution methods. Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed about case progress. Requirements: 3-5 years of litigation experience. Federal court experience is a plus. Strong writing and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Detail-oriented and able to handle complex legal issues with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admitted to practice law in New York. Skills: Excellent legal research and writing skills.
