About Role: You will be responsible for the administration of various Global Sales compensation plans for Rubrik's sales force globally. Typical areas of responsibility include anticipating and planning for both short- and long-term reward needs and trends; developing incentive compensation programs; and developing associated communications. This role works closely with line management, HR, Sales, Finance, and other functions to address incentive compensation needs. This position reports to the Director - Global Sales Compensation. What You'll Do: Maintain and help run the sales incentive compensation processes for WW Field Sales. Work closely with sales leadership, HR, finance, and other stakeholders to understand sales strategies, gather input, and ensure alignment of incentive plans with overall business objectives. Clearly communicate and educate the sales team on compensation plans, changes, and performance metrics, ensuring transparency and understanding. Provide outstanding customer service to our sales organization and internal customers. Actively participate in the annual operating planning process. Make recommendations for process and incentive plan effectiveness improvements. Support programs to ensure effective plan governance (including design process, plan documentation, policy review and exception approval processes). Work with Finance organization to implement compensation plan for streamlined and automated execution in Xactly. Design, implement, monitor and analyze SPIF and other incentives. Work autonomously and continuously seek to improve existing processes. Develop and improve documentation and support strong internal controls. Support ad hoc projects and report requests as needed. Experience You'll Need: 7+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance, or similar role. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. In depth knowledge of sales compensation plan design, principle and best practices. Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and optimize compensation plans for better sales outcomes. Strong oral and written communication skills. Independent, self-starter, ability to partner with all business levels. Advanced Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) user with the ability to build complex models and create robust analysis. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Xactly or similar compensation platform. Experience with Salesforce (SFDC). #J-18808-Ljbffr
