Basic Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Detail oriented with exceptional time management and organizational skills, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work with a team or individually. Passion for technology and the use of technology to improve business processes. Job Description: Aid in building workstreams for supplier enablement for customers. Participate in both internal and external meetings to understand customer needs and manage customer relations. Create customer-facing materials and document processes. Utilize current processes and tools supporting enablement, go-live tracking, and communications. Collaborate on cross-functional projects. Support adoption plans for customers. Work with the team to onboard and enable suppliers in the Ariba network. Creation of role-specific projects. Education Requirements: Must be working towards obtaining a college credited degree or a recent graduate with a business or technical degree. A major in computer science, supply chain management, or business will be preferred.
