What You'll Do Conduct legal research and draft/negotiate corporate legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and standards across geographic regions. Provide expert legal advice in various areas, including corporate law, real estate, tax, business litigation, compliance, intellectual property, employment/labor law, corporate governance, and ethics. Research, analyze, and interpret existing and proposed laws, statutes, and regulations to guide decision-making. Identify, evaluate, and address potential legal risks while structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements, policies, and other key legal documents. Represent and advocate for the organization in litigation, arbitration, mediation, or other legal disputes with external parties, including government agencies or courts. Manage legal projects and processes independently, while ensuring seamless collaboration with external counsel for complex legal matters. Coach and review the work of junior legal professionals, contributing to a culture of excellence and mentorship. What We're Looking For Education: Juris Doctor (JD) required, with active membership in a state bar. Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years of domain expertise in a law firm and/or in-house role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Skills: Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal matters.
