Trial Attorney/Partner - Products Liability Defense/Mass Torts/Environmental/Asbestos/Silicosis A rapidly growing, established national litigation firm seeks an experienced Trial Attorney with 15+ years of mass tort/product liability defense litigation. The preferred candidate will have experience working on asbestos and/or silicosis related cases. Experience managing trial teams is a must. Licensure in California is required. This position is currently fully remote except for court appearances, depositions, and mediations. Excellent opportunity to work on trial set in 2025 and 2026!
