What you'll do: Manage the full lifecycle of candidate process from applicant, closure, and pre-hire onboarding Develop strategies to find talent from underrepresented groups (we currently partner with OutInTech, TechLadies and Valence) Be a strategic partner to hiring managers by managing pipeline across passive and active talent pools Be an ambassador for Streamlit's values and culture Identify how we can improve our existing processes and tools Collaborate with other cross-functional teams and partners (Sales, Success, Marketing, People Ops, Finance and 3rd party recruitment agencies) Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of full-cycle recruiting for Revenue functions (Sales, Marketing, etc.) Strong understanding of using an ATS or CRM (we use Greenhouse!) Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Gem, etc. Strong interpersonal skills and previous experience working with multiple stakeholders It would be awesome if you also had experience working at a recruitment agency You love Python and Streamlit!
