We are currently seeking a ETL Technical Lead (P&C Insurance Domain & BI) to join our team in Worcester , Massachusetts (US-MA) , United States (US) . Job Duties and Responsibilities: Partners with the IT BAs and technical teams, such as architects, software developers, and QA analysts to understand and define system goals/capabilities; develops business and technical requirements in alignment with the system goals/capabilities across applications with increasing strategic depth of knowledge. Serves as a primary contact for any questions related to how the system works from a technical perspective. Collaborates with business partners to understand business requirements and establish solutions - Responsible for creating technical requirements, rules, and processes using various techniques, such as workflow design, prototyping, data modeling, and solution configuration techniques. Works independently and provides inputs to the technical team from a dataflow point of view. Understanding system interdependencies and evaluates impact with project teams during all phases of a project. May lead or be involved in system and user acceptance testing efforts. Serves as a subject matter expert for EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) and ETL space at the enterprise level. Basic Qualifications: 8+ years as an ETL Developer and Lead - P&C Insurance domain experience with Business Intelligence technologies background. Identify and define business/technical requirements and processes using business analysis techniques. Data management activities - Data mapping, Data modeling, Data queries and Analysis, and Data Integration. ETL. DB2, SQL, and ORACLE queries and scripts. Database components such as Stored Procedures, Packages, Triggers along with performance analysis. Preferences/nice to have: Hadoop.
