Job Function: Verifies the accuracy of benefits enrollments in the HR system to ensure eligibility details provided to vendors are correct. Facilitates orientation sessions for new employees. Conducts reviews of benefits-related data for quality and consistency. Shares benefits enrollment materials with staff and confirms eligibility requirements. Registers employees with benefit providers and updates records for life event changes. Addresses questions from managers and employees about plan details, enrollment processes, changes in status, and other general inquiries. Manages all requests for leave and handles related paperwork, including medical, personal, disability, and family leave. Interprets the implications of FMLA and ADA regulations regarding leave and accommodation requests. Oversees the coordination and execution of the annual benefits enrollment period. Prepares and provides reports for billing and allocation purposes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
