Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to customize Salesforce to meet specific business requirements, improve workflows, and deliver scalable, high-quality results. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and APIs. Create and maintain Salesforce applications by leveraging Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other platform tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and system performance. Provide support and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce implementations, resolving technical issues promptly. Implement best practices for Salesforce development, including data management, security, and system optimization. Stay updated on Salesforce updates, releases, and new features to leverage platform improvements for business needs. Document system configurations, processes, and development standards to maintain a consistent knowledge base. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. Proficiency in Salesforce platform development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience with Salesforce administration tasks (e.g., user management, security settings, and data import/export). Familiarity with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including declarative and programmatic solutions. Knowledge of version control tools like Git. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Strong communication and collaboration skills in English (B2 or higher). Preferred: Salesforce Developer or Platform App Builder certification(s). Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products. Knowledge of DevOps processes for Salesforce deployments, including CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with working in Agile development environments. Prior experience in nearshore software development teams. What We Offer Competitive salary of $60,000 USD per year .
