The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing weekly payrolls and working effectively with team members to ensure that all personnel are paid correctly and timely for the project. The Payroll Administrator assists and supports the payroll team members and is responsible for general administrative duties, including processing and maintaining accurate and complete payroll records. The position works under direct supervision and performs routine daily administrative activities. This position must demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills. Payroll Administrator Qualifications: 1+ years of experience working in payroll (preferred experience in construction setting). Computer Literate - Microsoft packages including working knowledge of Excel required, JDE (Preferred). Working knowledge of payroll processes and regulations. Associate Degree.
