Commercial Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 4-8 years of experience in Labor & Employment or Commercial Litigation to join their Boston office. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced legal practice. The ideal candidate will be admitted to the Massachusetts bar and ready to take on significant responsibilities within the firm. Location: Boston, Massachusetts Duties: Handle a variety of labor, employment, and commercial litigation matters. Draft, review, and manage legal documents related to litigation cases. Represent clients in court, as well as in mediation and arbitration. Conduct legal research and provide counsel on complex litigation issues. Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies. Requirements: 4-8 years of experience in Labor & Employment and/or Commercial Litigation. Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (required). Strong academic credentials. Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active membership in the Massachusetts Bar (required). Skills: Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research. Strong litigation and courtroom skills. Excellent interpersonal and client communication abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
