Overview How You'll Make an Impact Epsilon is seeking a Senior Advisor within the Data Partnerships group to oversee day-to-day partner relationships, focus on strategic initiatives and integrations that ultimately increase monetization, and the adoption of Epsilon PeopleCloud (EPC) Audience Activation products, while retaining existing business. The Data Partnerships team is tasked with building and maintaining partnerships with 3rd party data vendors and strategic platforms, enhancing EPC's Audience Activation offerings with proprietary data assets. This role reports to the SVP of Data Activation Partnerships within the Epsilon Data Partnerships team.What You'll Achieve Impact : Responsibilities include developing and managing best practices for EPC Audience Activation with strategic partners, effectively demonstrating benefits and ease of use for Epsilon, Publicis Groupe, and their shared customers. You will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for EPC Audience Activation as it relates to the strategic partnerships. Key stakeholders include Epsilon/Publicis Groupe Leadership, Managing Director of EPC Data Platforms, EPC Product Leads, Epsilon Sales & Account teams, and direct clients. Career Growth : If successful, the Senior Advisor may gain exposure to other clients where you can make the most impact. Also, you may have an opportunity to level up to a Director role helping to mentor more junior team members and hone your leadership skills. Who You Are What you'll bring with you: Relationship Building - Cultivate positive and effective relationships with partners to enhance process efficiencies and increase adoption of EPC solutions. Capability Integration - Introduce and integrate new EPC capabilities to enhance partner business outcomes. Business Reviews - Lead quarterly business reviews with partners to assess trends and identify opportunities. Promotion and Advocacy - Evangelize the unique benefits of EPC Audiences, data assets, and joint partner solutions to support EPC Activation. Sales Engagement - Collaborate with sales teams to activate revenue opportunities and educate stakeholders about partnerships. Partner Communication - Schedule and lead regular calls and check-ins, maintaining open dialogue and follow-up actions. Content Development - Work with marketing to create content that promotes best practice adoption through our partnership integrations. Feedback and Improvement - Gather client and partner feedback to inform product development and enhance Epsilon offerings. Expert Support - Serve as the partner Subject Matter Expert (SME) for EPC Audiences, assisting Sales, New Business, and Client Teams. Initiative - Identify business trends and provide strategic feedback to inform the product roadmap and sales strategies. Problem Solving - Oversee and coordinate client activations, managing technical troubleshooting with both internal teams and partners. Collaboration - Work closely with EPC teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal to align efforts. Why you might stand out from other talent :5+ years of professional client-facing experience and strong proven credentials doing strategy and operations, BD, or Partner Management in the advertising technology industry. Previous experience with any of the following DSPs (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk), DMPs (Adobe Audience Manager, Salesforce DMP, Oracle DMP), Social Network Ad Managers (Meta, Snap, TikTok), SSPs (Index Exchange, Magnite, PubMatic) and/or Data Onboarding (LiveRamp, Neustar). Excellent communicator and presenter with all stakeholders of varying levels and skilled backgrounds, and proficiency in creating informative and educational content for wide-scale distribution. Autonomous decision-making & problem-solving to represent the best interests of Epsilon, clients, Publicis Groupe, and its agencies. Pay Range: $114,000 - $143,000Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
