Join us as a VP - Data Infrastructure Lead Engineer in our Enterprise Data Platform group! This role is responsible for managing all aspects of applications technology for the firm including configuration, technical design, construction, and implementation of emerging technology solutions. This individual also identifies system deficiencies as well as develops and executes system test plans to reduce internal and external user discrepancies. Key Responsibilities: Design, build and manage cutting-edge on-premise, cloud and hybrid infrastructure platforms ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability. Focus on configuring, scaling, and maintaining data infrastructure that supports data storage, processing and analytics. Plan, coordinate, and manage all activities related to the design, development, conversion, and implementation of all BBH software applications. Responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing BBH applications with a focus on emerging technologies. Direct a team of engineers responsible for provisioning, configuring, integrating and deploying data infrastructure. Key management interface with both internal and external users in the development of technology-based business applications. Establish best practices for service deployment and configuration. Proactively identify areas of improvement and implement solutions in a collaborative manner. Enforce and support BBH methodology. Develop systems test plans and scripts that will thoroughly exercise program logic to ensure program/application performance with regard to business requirements and system integration. Education and/or relevant experience(s) BA/BS degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent work experience. At least 10 years in designing and optimizing infrastructure and end to end solutions. Extensive experience with tools such as Cloudera, Snowflake. Hands-on experience with complex data environments and management of data infrastructure at scale. Hands-on experience with implementing and successfully completing a cloud data migration. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute tasks in a timely manner. Adept at engaging stakeholders and presenting ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Salary Range $155,000 - $185,000 BBH's compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
