The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details. As Identity & Access Management (I & AM) Engineer and Developer, you will be responsible for: Design, analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging, and implementation of access controls enhancements. Reducing risk of access controls failures and improving business and operational efficiencies. Implementing technology solutions to automate and sustain I & AM access controls issues monitoring, recording, resolution, and evidence collection repositories and UIs. As an IAM Engineer and Developer, you should demonstrate the following experience and work: Help engineer the team to write and document design specs and solutions according to defined processes, policies, and standards with information security requirements. Support in troubleshooting and resolving complex problems. Must have perfect communication skills, including writing and presentation skills. Possess a passionate, positive, and driven attitude. Exhibit good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate reliable time management and organization. Show a proactive mindset and behaviors. Ability to lead complex efforts with minimal supervision. Adapt to new and changing environments and handle multiple priorities, including the ability to learn quickly and achieve automation goals. Participate in unit testing and team data quality efforts. Conduct System Integration Testing including integration with upstream and downstream systems. Have a strong understanding of testing and implementation lifecycles for identity access technologies including root cause analysis. Required Skills: 10+ years of hands-on PLSQL, Oracle engineering, and development experience. Oracle data model and tables design, complex queries development, and tuning. Oracle PL/SQL and SQL queries development, tuning, and optimization experiences. Experience with OLTP transaction processing and manipulating large data sets. Develop triggers to log audit logs and data change history. Strong experience and ability to work in a team environment as well as deliver tasks with little supervision. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with scripting and ETL data manipulation abilities. Experience within Pentaho Data Integration (PDI) is highly desired. Solid understanding of IAM Certification, Access Controls, Accounts Inventories with Ownership and LCM, and Regional Regulatory & Approval requirements. API and Integration development leveraging above technology. Experience with IAM vendor-based solutions implementations is a plus. Strong SQL Server and tSQL experience is a plus. Experience with Excel pivot tables and graphic charts for data analysis and reporting. OS UNIX, Windows, and SQL database experience and knowledge are a plus. Application Development Experience with Java and/or .Net technologies is preferred. Desirable Skills: Professional certifications such as Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), and Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) are a plus. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or equivalent educational or professional experience. An advanced degree is also preferred. Work Location(s): As per MUFG's Return to Office policy, must work onsite for 4 days per week & 1 day remote out of either Tampa, FL or Tempe, AZ (Preference) or Jersey City, NJ. The typical base pay range for this role is between $121K - $142K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonuses and/or incentive compensation.
