NOAA NESDIS OSPO Cyber Security Incumbent Registration Welcome to the NOAA NESDIS OSPO Cyber Security Incumbent Registration Page! Overview Earth Resources Technology (ERT) has been selected to provide security management and information assurance support for the NOAA NESDIS Office of Satellite and Product Operations (OSPO). We anticipate work to begin on or about February 25, 2025. Available Positions Information Assurance (IA) Engineers Information Systems Security Officers (ISSOs) Systems Analysts Security Management Center Lead IT Security Specialist Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as Engineering with 2 - 10 years of experience in IT Systems Engineering or IT Security architecture, or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least one (1) of the following Security and/or Architecture certifications from either (ISC)² or ISACA, or CompTIA. All candidates must hold or be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance. Ability to work "on-call" as required for Incident Response (IR) and other emergency actions. Knowledge of Splunk (Log Aggregator), ArcSight (SIEM), Tripwire (file/system integrity tool), Tenable Security Center (SC) (Vulnerability Scanning tool), IBM BigFix Suite (Patching), FireEye, and CSAM. Security+, Network+, GSEC, GCIA, GCIH, C|EH, GCFE, Splunk fundamentals I or II certifications. Salary The salary range for this role is $48,000 - 269,000/year. This range is a good faith estimate based on similar roles across the organization.
