Type: Full-Time Shift: Days Hours: 8:30AM - 5:00PM Pay: $95,000 - $115,000 Responsibilities: Researches, develops, and recommends strategies to foster the organization's health equity goals Review current practices and policies, assessing and analyzing how much they support or hinder the company's health equity goals Collects and analyzes statistical data to evaluate the company's population per diversity standards and goals Oversees recruiting and hiring strategies to attract employees from diverse backgrounds Develops and/or acquires training and development to aid retention initiatives Works collaboratively with People Operations and EHS Learning to develop objective employee performance evaluations and policies Acts as company liaison with governmental agencies concerning affirmative action and equal employment opportunities Maintains knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices Ensure Team Members are informed of policy updates and deliver training as needed Provide programmatic oversight of Team Member Resource Groups Track key performance metrics and provide critical analysis to ensure goal attainment Performs other related duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, Master's Degree preferred At least five years of Human Resources or related experience required with at least three years specializing in equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and diversity programs SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local equal employment opportunity laws and regulations Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Ability to motivate and influence people Multitasking skills to manage multiple diversity projects at once #J-18808-Ljbffr
