About the Role As the Director of Brand Partnerships , you will spearhead efforts to cultivate, maintain, and grow strategic relationships with brand partners. Your role will be critical in driving authentic, mission-aligned collaborations that deliver value for both the organization and its audience. You'll oversee the development of new partnerships, optimize revenue strategies, and ensure seamless integration of brand initiatives across teams. What You'll Do Drive Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with brand partners that align with the organization's mission and values. Engage Key Partners: Conduct regular meetings with top brand partners to understand and support their advertising goals. Market Analysis: Continuously assess the marketplace to identify opportunities for partnerships and maintain a list of high-value prospects. Strategic Outreach: Proactively establish relationships with potential partners, positioning the organization as a high-value collaborator. Gatekeeping: Ensure partnerships align with the organization's platform integrity and mission. Brand Visibility: Enhance visibility through strategic partnerships and support brand positioning initiatives in collaboration with marketing. Ad Inventory Management: Manage ad inventory to maximize revenue and optimize ad performance. Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement revenue strategies to elevate CPM and enhance listener experiences. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to maintain alignment and prioritize the audience experience. Custom Campaigns: Work with external partners and internal stakeholders to develop and execute custom ad campaigns. Contract Management: Oversee and manage contract renewal processes to ensure seamless continuity and compliance.
